Waterborne paint is the upgrade product of traditional paint. It has the advantage of energy saving and environmental protection,which is the future development trend of national painting industry. The company attachese great importance to waterborne paint research and innovation and has built waterborne paint academician workstation. By cooperating with the Engineering Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chenyang has established the laboratory of waterborne coating nanomaterials. Chenyang has also carried out research cooperation with China National Coatings Industry Association, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Hebei University of Science and Technology and other scientific research institutions. In addition, in order to be far ahead in core waterborne paint technology, Chenyang is making efforts to push the construction of the German R & D center. At present, there are 242 scientific researchers in its technology center. Chenyang has independently researched, developed and completed over 100 science and technology projects, declared over 40 invention patents and participated in the formulation of over 40 national and industry standards. Its products have passed ISO9001 International Quality System Certification, Environmental Management System Certification, Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.
